Dr. Mittelsteadt founded our dental practice in 1987. He received his dental training from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry and completed advanced dental training at the University of Vermont Medical Center. He taught at the University of Minnesota for over 12 years and most recently received a state appointment to study dental access for under-served Minnesotans. Dr. Mittelsteadt lives in Apple Valley with his wife and three sons. He is an avid outdoorsman, loves the Minnesota Twins, and has been actively involved in Eastview High School fundraising efforts.
